I believe the PA Legislature would be able to operate successfully with a smaller membership. * I strongly support efforts to require a paper trail for electronic voting machines.
My three top legislative priorities would be structural reform of the state legislature; improvement of the public education funding system to strengthen rural school districts; and initiatives to improve the image and economies of our small towns and villages.
