Developer gets three-month extension Post-Gazette, July 16, 2006, by Janice Crompton -- Peters council has cleared the way for a townhouse development on Valleybrook Road by granting the developer a three-month extension on a conditional use permit. During a public hearing on the request Monday night, Willy Welsch, of Oakbrooke-Muse Partners, said his group took over the 11.3-acre property near Williamsburg Commons several months ago from developer Mary Chiodo.
